I had the desire to regain my health after always feeling run down from a hectic life schedule so I partnered with Sultan to find a sustainable program. He provided me 1-on-1 sessions where I learned key exercises to combine cardio, stretching, and weight training. I was very weak and slow at first but through his constant support and guidance I started gaining speed, strength, and most importantly ENERGY!

Sultan was a great instructor who not only taught me how to strength-train, but also how to change my mindset as it comes to health. Sultan trained me after I had been out of shape and pushed me when I wanted to quit. He would pay attention when I would slack off, which would result in me not doing the exercise properly and not properly building muscle. I hated the cardio workouts, but he made it easier by breaking it down from high intensity to cooling off. He made it easier to understand why I wasn’t doing arms one day and legs the other. I highly recommend him.
